Following the latest Government lockdown announcement on 4th January 2021, we are delighted to confirm that we will be able to continue providing lawn care services moving forward.
We have been reassured by the Government’s guidelines that it is appropriate for us to continue to service our clients’ lawns, on the basis that our technicians operate as lone workers and can do so while maintaining safe social distancing.
To ensure we comply with the guidance, we respectfully ask that our customers keep a minimum 2-metre distance between yourself and our technician at all times and continue to observe the following protocols under which we are working;
On arrival:
We will always notify you prior to arrival by email, so you are aware that we are coming. To minimise contact and to help prevent the spread of the virus, please ensure objects such as garden furniture are moved from the lawn, then like many other services eg. window cleaner or gardener, we will get straight to work whilst wearing appropriate PPE.
During our visit:
While our technicians are working on your property, it is imperative that you stay at least 2 metres away from them. If you need to speak to the technician, ask questions etc this should be done from a safe distance. We will not be able to come into your home.
On completing the treatment:
If we notice anything about your lawn which needs to be brought to your attention, it will be noted on your Service Summary Report email. This email will also contain a link to your invoice for the treatment. We will not put an invoice through your letterbox.
