Tailored annual programme

We can also build a tailored annual green care programme based on soil test results. These results are used to construct a personalised green care programme which will include organic and semi-organic fertilisers (applied in both granular and liquid form), weed control, moss control, disease control and root zone management.

Bowling clubs often have a wonderful team of voluntary members who carry out the daily maintenance tasks such as dew switching, mowing, irrigation and daily manicuring of the green, but struggle to have the time or resources to do the specialist treatments.

Our typical bowling green programme consists of approximately twice monthly visits and is designed to carry out the essential treatments that many clubs struggle to perform to keep the green in good condition.

Our environmental pledge

  1. We do not use high nitrogen fertilisers.
  2. We do not use pesticides as part of our regular annual lawn care programme.
  3. Many of our lawn fertilisers are semi organic or fully organic.
  4. We only spot treat weeds where possible to reduce the amount of herbicides used.
  5. We specialise in mechanical treatments to improve your lawn.
