Mr & Mrs S from the Woodford Valley

Mr and Mrs S from the beautiful Woodford Valley have been using Lawntech since 2009 and are delighted with their riverside lawn and our customer service.

Lawntech’s comments about this lawn

A huge thank you to Mr & Mrs S for being an amazing, loyal customers since 2009, it is massively important to our success when customers trust us with their lawn care, and also for recommending us to their friends and family with our Referral Programme. We have been very grateful to care for the lawns of other members of the S family.

In recent years Mr & Mrs S have converted to a robotic mower, this has saved them a lot of gardening time and has ensured the grass is mowed regularly.  We are finding more and more people are enjoying the benefits of having a robotic mower and we agree that they can be a great solution for many lawns. Our advice is to check with a professional installer that your lawn is suitable for a robot mower, some lawns that are sloping or have difficult shapes, steps or multiple isolated areas may not be quite so suitable.  One thing we have realised, when caring for so many lawns, is that you really do need to keep a traditional mower as well as having a robot mower, the reason for this is that it is nice to stripe up your lawn if you are having a garden party or event and more importantly it is useful to be able to run a traditional mower over the lawn once in a while to collect leaves and debris, especially in the Autumn months when fallen leaves can easily damage your lawn.  It is also important to ask your installer to mark out where the underground wires are so that if the lawn needs scarifying or aerating it is easy to show the lawn care company where to avoid.  Recent models of robotic mower now come with satellite guidance so that no wires are needed, which his great news.  We recommend Ambrogio Robotic Mowers supplied by Wiltshire Robotic Mowers.
