It is no secret that we are tremendously proud of producing beautiful lawns for our customers to enjoy, but we also like to go over and above to try and give the very best customer service possible.  The recent events of the pandemic have made us focus more than ever on how we communicate with you, especially when we have been unable to enjoy the close-up chats which are so important. Other dynamics have changed in recent years which actually help us to provide a better service than ever, things that just a few years ago were simply not possible such as online lawn measurement, automated email notifications and after-service customer videos. All of which help us keep closely in touch with you even if we don’t see you for months or years on end.  Above all, these technological advances have also allowed us to become almost 100% paperless which has seen our office environment change dramatically in recent years.

1   Instant on-line quote – so you don’t have to wait for a price.

2   Expert local technicians in a team with over 150 years’ combined lawn care experience.

Lawntech recruits only the best, most highly trained and experienced technicians. They are all qualified in green keeping or turf management. As well as being a font of lawn knowledge, each one of them is also a genuine ‘People Person’, keen to help you bring out the best in your lawn.  Each technician lives reasonably close to customers in their area so they will get to know your lawn and will be dedicated to you.

3   Pre-service emails, so you know when to expect us.

Our client contact system sends an automated email 10 days ahead of every treatment visit, so you can plan ahead. It also sends a reminder on the day before we’re due, so you can arrange access if necessary.

4   After-service emails, with paperless invoicing and our technician’s notes on your lawn.

Every time we treat your lawn, our technician will update the system on its condition. This is also our opportunity to let you know exactly what has been applied to the lawn, and to offer advice on aftercare, pet welfare, further recommendations and so on. This email also carries a link to your invoice so you can make payment easily, via a choice of convenient methods.

5   Bespoke technician’s videos when required, to highlight your lawn’s condition.

Occasionally, the technician may find something which he needs to bring to their attention. Where a client is not available when we service their lawn, In that the technician will shoot a short piece of video to explain what he has found and recommend a solution. We will then email you a link to view this video on a secure, private channel. No-one else can view the video, unless you share the link with them.

6   Easy, convenient Auto-Pay-As-You-Go payments, with no contract to tie you down.

Many of our clients enjoy the convenience of having our system take care of their payments automatically, after each treatment. They simply give us the details of their payment card and we take care of the rest. We can also offer to spread the cost of the year’s treatments over 12 interest free payments, by Recurring Monthly Card Billing. Either way, we choose to operate without tying our clients to a contract. You are free to stop or pause treatments at any time.

7   Professional, dedicated Customer Service team – Delivering the best possible, personalised service to you.

9   Our Autumn lawn Renovations are guaranteed.

When it comes to autumn Renovations, no one does it like Lawntech and our policy is to renovate lawns thoroughly.  Actually unlike most lawn care companies we do not offer a scarify on its own as we feel it is unlikely to provide you with the best results, so we only provide our autumn renovation of scarifying, aeration and over-seeding as a package to ensure your lawn recovers well. Lawntech guarantees the results of an autumn lawn renovation, so we will revisit and top-up with new seed where required until germination has been achieved.

10   Free Herbicide top-ups with a full programme.

Clients who take out a full Annual Lawn Care Programme are entitled to a free top-up of Herbicide later in the year, if required, to take care of persistent weeds which may have evaded our earlier treatment.
